Adult Ballet Company Open Classes
Winter-Spring 2026 Season
January 13 - May 21, 2026
Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:00 - 1:00 pm
(no classes on April 2 or April 23)
Class description: All/multi-level ballet classes including barre and centerwork rooted in classical traditions with an accessible approach.
Attire:
Please wear whatever feels comfortable to move and stretch in!
Ballet slippers or other dance shoes (jazz, lyrical, etc) or dance socks are always appropriate; street socks are welcome at the barre, and bare feet across the floor. Please inquire before wearing pointe shoes.
Community Yoga Practice
Gentle Stretch and Yin Yoga
January 13 - May 21, 2026
Tuesdays and Thursdays 1:15-2:00 pm
(no classes on April 2 or April 23)
Class description: Gentle movement, prāṇāyāma (breathing practices), and stretching - including passively held Yin postures - to compliment more active practices, facilitate ease and relaxation, and nurture mind, body, and spirit. Perfect following ballet class or as a stand alone practice.
What to bring and wear: a mat and comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement.

Inclement weather and other cancellations
Any cancellations will be posted on the webpage. In the case of cancellation for inclement weather, every effort will be made to post the cancellation no later than 2 hours prior to the scheduled class time. Thank you for understanding, and please let me know if you have any concerns.
Group dynamics
Trauma-informed space-holding is my highest teaching priority; please don't hesitate to reach out with questions or concerns.
I strive to honor your time by starting and ending promptly. Adult students are always welcome to come and go as needed.
About Lisa
Dance and yoga have supported Lisa for many decades and she is grateful to share these nurturing and healing modalities in an accessible and adaptive framework. Her practice and teaching has focused on and been informed by the space where embodied practices, neuroscience, and trauma recovery intersect, and she has spent over a decade studying and facilitating these spaces.
